Bat Buddies/Dream Team!

Want to take the field with your favorite Hornet Softball players? Kids 4-10 yrs of age are invited to be on the field with the starting Delaware State Softball athletes during pregame for the national anthem. Teams are welcome as well!!!! If interested, please contact DSU Assistant Softball Coach Janice Savage at 302-857-7733 or jmsavage@desu.edu to reserve your game today. Fans must register at least 48 hours in advance. Limit one game a season per person.

Hornet Bat Buddies
Be up close to all the Division I softball action this season from the Hornet’s dugout as an official bat girl! Available to girls in 3rd-6th grade. One bat buddie appearance per person per season.

Bad at updates

Wow, I'm really bad with updating this thing!  I may have to get on Coach Janice because she's slacking too ;-)

We had a rough day yesterday, getting swept by Albany, but I'm still super excited for the season.  These girls have talent and I know this tough stretch is going to snap soon.

Wish I could've traveled with the team to Florida for Spring Break, but alas, I had MEAC basketball tournament and wasn't able to make it.  Am really looking forward to traveling to other games!  Will make sure I blog more often about that :-)
