Delaware State University Hornet's home opener of the 2013 season is a DOUBLEHEADER tomorrow, Thursday, March 14, at the Hornet's Nest softball field, Dover, DE, against the North Carolina Central University Eagles. Game times are 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
There's no rain in the forecast, but it may be windy and very chilly.
The Eagles are 1-16 this year, but 1-2 when playing on an away field, as opposed to home or neutral sites. They beat Norfolk State University by a score of 6-4, scoring 5 runs in the last two innings.
